Our wine list here in West mirrors the restaurant’s menu - sophisticated yet accessible, taking inspiration from around the world. As with our menu, we change our wine list every time we make a new discovery. Therefore, even our long time friends will always want to take a close look. As one of Ireland's first restaurants to introduce the Coravin wine preservation system, we are delighted to be able to offer you a glass of any of our premium wines.
